E-GRANTS
E-grants Scholarship Portal is an Online Centralised Grants Disbursal System initiated by the Government of Kerala. It offers fee concession to students studying in plus two, degree, post graduation, polytechnic courses belonging to OBC, KPCR with annual income below 1 lakh. There is no income limit for SC/ST, OEC students for receiving fee concession. The students should apply online for the E-grants from the Akshya Centers and the copy of the same along with income certificate, community certificate, copy of the savings bank passbook and Aadhar card should be submitted to the head of the institution.HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP
Every year Kerala State Higher Education council offers scholarships for 1000 talented students studying in 1 st year degree in Govt. or Aided colleges. Selected students will receive Rs 1,54,000 within 5 years from the 1 st year degree programme till completing post graduation. CENTRAL SECTOR SCHOLARSHIP
Central Sector Scholarship Scheme for College and University Students is a centrally-funded merit- cum-means scholarship initiated by the Department of Higher Education of MHRD. Started with the objective to financially assist students of economically underprivileged families, Central Sector Scholarship scheme is disbursed among a total of 82,000 graduate/postgraduate students every year. The selected students receive an annual scholarship amount of up to INR 20,000 so that they could meet their day-to-day expenses while pursuing higher studies. C.H. MUHAMMED KOYA MUSLIM GIRLS SCHOLARSHIP
The State Government of Kerala offers C H Muhammed Koya Muslim Girls Scholarship for the first year degree, PG students and also the students admitted to self financing professional colleges under merit quota. This is for female students belonging to Muslim, Latin, and converted Christians with annual income below 6 lakhs. Students who scored above 50%marks in the final exam are eligible to apply. POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is offered by the central government, Ministry of Minority Welfare for Muslim, Christian students studying degree, PG, Mphil, Phd courses. The applications will be invited in July–August months. FISHERIES SCHOLARSHIPS
This scholarship is offered by the Fisheries Department of Kerala for the recognized children of fishermen. The degree students will be granted an amount of 950 and P.G students will receive Rs 1000 apart from the course fee. The application should be submitted to the head of the institution which will be forwarded to the district fisheries director. INDIRA GANDHI SINGLE GIRL CHILD SCHOLARSHIP
